The other side of the camera

Last night, I felt like a bride on her wedding day with all her paparazzi.

My photographer friend, Tim, asked me to go Orlando to model for a Pictage User Group meeting and test shoot. When I was in middle school, my mom put me in local modeling classes, so I thought it would be fun to go live it up now a decade later. It was so much fun hanging with so many oh so talented photographers in the Central Florida area and I look forward to being back on the other side of the camera shooting weddings with them in the near future!

Here are some of my favorite shots from the night! (Be sure to check out their stuff if you are looking for some awesome wedding photographers to capture your day!)

i think that if you just use these shots on your website all the grooms will want to hire you with out even seeing your work!!!! :-)

isn't it crazy being on the "other" side of the camera and then seeing the results when it's over???

Oh my gosh!!!! Who's the hottie in all the pics? Scarlett these are awesome, not only is this stunning work on the behalf of all the photographers, but the model(YOU)is gorgeous!!! You've been holding out on us. The pic you have on your profile doesn't do you justice. You need to add one of these for your profile. I agree with Mary beth, the grooms would want to hire you!!!!

According to Webster's New World Dictionary, published the year I was born, beauty is defined as the quality attributed to whatever pleases or satisfies the senses or mind as by line, color, form, texture, proportion, rhythmic motion, etc., or by behavior, attitude, etc.

You bring these purest of elements together effortlessly and artistically in your self and in your work and in your life.

Watching you bloom and grow is my greatest pleasure. Its like watching a fine sparkling diamond emerge from the earth as a piece of coal and held in God's loving hands, then lovingly stroked and refined into a priceless gem.

Beauty is a light that illuminates all who surround it. It is contagious and softly seeps into every soul nearby who are touched and filled with a little piece of beauty that is now a part of them.

Beauty is symmetry, elegance, dignity and grace and its most beautiful form is a reflection of what is within.

    Carpe Diem!
